1. Plan your week/day in advance

Once you have a layout of what needs to be accomplished before the week winds up, go ahead and break down the goals into manageable tasks. When you have a sense of direction in what needs performing during any given day, life will feel less overwhelming. It also diminished the likelihood of forgetting deadlines, appointments, dates, etc. At the end of the week, you’ll feel a sense of relief and pride in being able to be productive and ‘conquer’ life. No one likes looking unchecked boxes on items not done because you procrastinated.
